Rental Agreement
This rental agreement applies to all bookings made with ArcticStay (Lovikka Möbelfabrik AB).
1. Booking and Payment
A booking is confirmed once payment has been received according to the selected payment terms.
Full payment must be completed before check-in unless otherwise agreed.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: From 15:00 (unless otherwise agreed)
Check-out: Before 11:00
Guests must follow provided access instructions.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms are shown at the time of booking.
If a refundable rate is selected, cancellation must be made within the specified time frame to receive a refund.
Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for:

Taking care of the property

Respecting neighbors

Following house rules
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
Damage beyond normal wear may be charged to the guest.
5. Liability
ArcticStay is not responsible for:

Personal belongings left in the property

Events beyond reasonable control (force majeure)
6. Long-term Stays
For long stays, additional written agreements may apply.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Swedish law.
